What to do when your system stopped working properly ?

1.Contact your i-HEALTH representative;

2.Follow his/her suggestions with respect to the components that need to be sent in to be repaired.

    and completely fill in the repair-form that appears when you double-click the link : www.esdaco.be/IH

3.Carefully wrap the components and send these to the address that is printed at the top of the repair-form.
   When this is being sent from outside the EEC, make clear to the customs-authorities that this is a repair-shipment.

4.When you have a service-contract, we will send the replacement(s) to your address.
